Spicy Thai Basil Chicken

A flavorful and aromatic Thai dish that combines tender chicken with fresh basil and spicy chilies.

Ingredients:


  • 500g chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2-3 red chilies, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions


  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced red chilies, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in onion and bell pepper, cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Add fresh basil leaves and stir until wilted.
  7. Serve hot over steamed rice.
