Spicy Mango Shrimp Stir-Fry

A delicious and flavorful stir-fry dish with a tropical twist from fresh mangoes.

Ingredients:


  • 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Cooking Instructions


  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha sauce, and honey. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add onion and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  6. Add mango cubes and the sauce mixture. Stir well to combine.
  7. Return the cooked shrimp to the pan and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
