Spicy Honey Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:


  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Cooking Instructions


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear the salmon fillets, skin side down, for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
  6. Pour the honey mixture over the salmon fillets.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
