Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these garlic parmesan roasted potatoes are the perfect side dish for any meal. They are packed with flavor and incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients:


  • 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Cooking Instructions


  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, rosemary, salt, and black pepper until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. Roast the Potatoes: Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Remove the potatoes from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot alongside your favorite main dish.
